Our Process

Four steps, in this order, every time. The order matters more than any individual step — it is what stops a service call turning into a sales call.

1. You Describe the Problem

What the system is doing, roughly how old it is, and which part of Centennial you are in. That is usually enough to narrow the likely fault to two or three candidates before anyone sets off, which shortens the visit and lowers the bill.

2. A Local Professional Contacts You

An independent licensed contractor serving your area gets in touch directly to arrange a time. You deal with the person doing the work, not a call centre reading from a script.

3. Diagnosis, Then a Written Price

Airflow checked, static pressure measured, superheat and subcooling read and compared against altitude-corrected targets rather than the sticker on the unit. Then a price, in writing, before anything is taken apart.

You see the readings. If a number is being used to justify a repair, you get to look at the number.

4. The Work, and the Checks Afterwards

The repair is carried out, then the system is re-tested under load. On a replacement, the permit is filed with the City of Centennial and the inspection is scheduled. You should receive the paperwork, not be told it is handled.

What This Process Deliberately Excludes

  • A price quoted before anyone has measured anything
  • A replacement recommended on a system that has not been diagnosed
  • “Today only” pricing that expires if you want to think about it
  • Refrigerant topped up without the leak being found
  • Work started before you have seen the number in writing

If any of those happen, you are entitled to say no and get another opinion. On a five-figure decision a second opinion costs nothing and frequently saves a great deal.

Willow Creek Comfort Co. would rather lose a job than watch a homeowner get pressured into a five-figure decision standing in their own hallway. That applies most on furnace replacement and heat pump installation, where the numbers are largest.
